Eligibility: The Proptech Accelerator Program is suitable for early-stage Proptech startups that meet one or more of the following criteria:

• B2B Proptech startups working on innovative solutions in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Sustainable Development, Energy Transition, Smart Buildings, Smart Infrastructure, Shared Economy, Tokenization, Real Estate Sales, Operations, SaaS, FinTech, InsurTech, Construction Tech, VR, AR, Materials Science, Robotics, Drones, etc.
• Must have a working MVP and at least two co-founders or team members.
• Demonstrating initial customer traction, MRR, or revenues.
