Application Process:

1. Written Application (30 minutes):

2. Test Task 1 (3 hours):

   • Explore and detail your priorities and trade-offs to assess alignment with high-impact charity goals.

3. Recorded Interview (30 minutes):

   • Participate in a recorded screening interview.
   • Respond to general and situational questions relevant to founding a charity.

4. Test Task 2 (3 hours):

   • Engage with one to three prompts that test your potential for founding a high-impact charity.
   • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills from different angles of charity founding.

5. In-Depth Interview (60 minutes):

   • Zoom interview with experienced recruitment staff
   • In-depth questions covering various topics, including behaviors, evidence evaluation, and impact creation.
