Their 12-week accelerator program, based in Luxembourg, offers a unique combination of in-person and virtual components, providing startups with the seed capital, tools, and resources they need to thrive. They prioritize startups that aim to drive systemic change at corporate, government, and community levels and those embracing sustainability to transform antiquated industries.

Benefits of the Gener8tor Luxembourg Accelerator:

  1. Investment Opportunity: Selected teams receive a €100,000 investment in return for 7.5% equity through a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) or issued equity.

Program Eligibility:

  • Open to startups based anywhere in the European Union.
  • The program will be mostly virtual, with key in-person events held in Luxembourg.
  • Ideal participants are in the early stages of startup growth and pre-series A.
  • We focus on startups driving systemic change and welcome founders from diverse communities.

Mentors and Investors Participation:

  • Opportunities exist for experienced professionals to participate as mentors, making a significant impact on startup success.
  • Investors can engage with participating startups during dedicated networking sessions.

Weekly Time Commitment:

  • Participate in weekly Lunch & Learns, weekly mentor meetings, and twice-weekly 1:1 meetings.
  • Structured program activities require 5–6 hours per week, while a full-time commitment to the startup is expected outside of the program.

Program Language:

  • All program activities will be conducted in English.

Due Diligence Process:

  • Initial screening of applications, followed by interviews.
  • The top 25 companies are selected for further due diligence.
  • Requests for additional documentation in English from the final 10 companies.
