After the successful inaugural program in 2022, the ARM Labs Lagos Techstars Accelerator 2023 program is set to assist startups in Africa specializing in FinTech, Mobility, E-commerce, and TalentTech.

Notably, the ARM Labs Techstars Lagos program is the only on-ground accelerator by Techstars in Africa. Oyin Solebo, Techstars Managing Director of ARM Labs Lagos Techstars Accelerator, highlighted that entrepreneurs consider accelerators to be the primary driving force of innovation in Africa. With the collaboration between Techstars and ARM, they aim to provide essential on-the-ground support to foster African entrepreneurship, contributing to the tech ecosystem's success on the continent.

Application Process:

• Program duration: Three months (in person) in Lagos, Nigeria
• Month One: Refining the startup's value proposition with hands-on training and exposure to 100+ Techstars mentors
• Month Two: Guest speakers, tailored workshops, and one-on-one support for business execution
• Month Three: Focus on fundraising preparation and building investor relationships
• The program starts on November 13, 2023, and concludes with a Demo Day on February 15, 2024.

Eligibility:

• Startups based in Africa in the areas of FinTech, Mobility, E-Commerce, or Talent Tech
• Founders should submit applications early, as they will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
